She was predeceased by: her father Carl W. Billings, Jr.; her former husband Jeffrey Stephen Kimball; and her grandparents, Nettie and Carl Billings, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Janice Lee Morgan of Bonaire; her children, Joshua Stephen Kimball of Warner Robins, Jacob Lee Kimball of Bonaire and Caitlin Elizabeth Kimball of Pensacola, Florida; her fiancé Michael David Harris of Warner Robins; her brother Robert Carl Billings of Bonaire; her uncle Bobby C. Lee (Dotti) of Lemoore, California; her cousins, Richard Lee (Fran) and Robert Lee (Christine) of Hanford, California; and also, Debbie, Al Webb, Nicole, Justin Bickford, Jerry Williams and Laurie Yeager.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Tracy Billings Kimball to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
