He is survived by: his brother Jimmy Phillips; his wife Shonda Phillips; his daughters, Freda Phillips and Jessica Phillips; his grandchildren, Eric Sparks, Quadrevion Phillips, Pierre Mann, Keiosha Ellis, Jamarion Phillips and Miyana Kearse; his sisters, Belinda P. Moore (William L.) and Sylvia Moore (MacArthur); his siblings-in-law, Douglass Flowers and Dollie Phillips of Montezuma, GA; and his great-aunt Christina Simpson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
