He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoke S. Teasley and Janie G. Teasley; his wife Betty Goff Teasley; his daughter Jacquelyn Gaye Teasley; and his siblings, Tommie, Roger Teasley and Joanne Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Thornhill (David) of Grovetown, GA and Keith Teasley (Teresa) of Americus, GA; his grandchildren, Paul Thornhill (Kayla), Thomas Thornhill of Grovetown, GA, Hope Bateman (Nathan) of Americus, GA and Hannah Ledger (Matthew) of Beaufort, SC; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Bateman of Americus, GA and Adrian Thornhill of Grovetown, GA..
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the First Methodist Church of Americus, GA, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
