He is survived by: his parent Nellie Thompson Kitchens of Andersonville; his wife Carolyn Plyman Kitchens; his children, Lisa Simms and Tommy Kitchens (Karen); his grandchildren, Brian Kitchens (Lauren), Zachary Kitchens and Kelsey Kitchens Harvey (Tyler); his great grandchild Tylie Rose Harvey; and his siblings, Patsy Jones, Russell Kitchens (Dovie), Shirley Weekley and Betty Smith (Terrell).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be given in memory of Howard to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088.
