Schultheisz; his children, Viki Micalizzi Waddell (Damie) and Mike Joseph Schultheisz (Michaelanne); his grandchildren, Angelina Richardson (Matt), Justin Schultheisz, Jessie Schultheisz, Cole Waddell and Stone Waddell Jess; and his siblings, Chuck (Connie), Mark, Grace, Jill, Chris, Eddie and Rose.
