He is survived by: his wife Alice McKissack of Albany; his children, Jody Widner (Freddy) of Albany, Richard McKissack (Rhonda) of Foley, AL, Connie McKissack of Marietta and Bruno McKissack (Lori) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Jessica Cowans, Charles Jolman, Kevin McKissack, Cody Spall and Adryan Aultman; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Myka, Noah Cowans, Adalyn and Greyson McKissack; and his siblings, Jerry and Rita.
