He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Jones Eubanks and Connie Lois Hall Eubanks; his daughter Connie Elaine Eubanks; and his siblings, Estelle Barton, Myrtle Roach, Mae Cromer, Mary Elizabeth Eubanks, Vernon Eubanks, Robert Eubanks and L. D. Eubanks.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Holman Eubanks of Americus; his son William Paul Eubanks of Americus; his granddaughter Christina Salter (Jeffrey) of Americus; and his great grandchildren, Reid Salter and Grayson Salter of Americus.
