She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinley and Beulah Avery Bivins; her husband Joseph Logan Price, Sr.; her children, John William "Billy" Price and Myra Katherine "Kathy" Warren; and her siblings, Tommy Bivins, Reuben Bivins, Stanley Bivins, Frank Bivins, Martha "Chuck" Harris, Bessie Yarbrough and Evelyn Kidd.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Logan Price, Jr. of Macon, GA and Kenneth Thomas Price (Cheryl) of Perry, GA; and her daughter-in-law Paula Price of Americus, GA. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
