She is survived by: her father William "Bill" Connell of Albany; her niece Heather Connell of Jacksonville, FL; her sister-in-law Debbie Connell of Jacksonville, FL; her half-sisters, Candice Smith (Blake) of Charleston, SC, Natalie Webb of Atlanta and Sharmen Pille (Mike) of Atlanta; her aunts and uncles, Dot Tomberlin of Cookeville, TN, Laverne Pope (John) of Nashville, TN, Vera Johnson (Wes) of Oakville, GA, Judy Pless (Robert) of Cordele, Lacey Goodridge (Alan) of Naples, FL, Sandy Kendrick (Leslie) of Reynolds, Jerri Lavender of Reynolds, Myra Rutland of Greensboro, NC, Rick Blackston (Bonnie) of Americus and Robert Blackston (Shirley) of Warner Robins; and also Mary V. Gutierraz of Americus. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery (33 Bethel Church Rd, Butler, GA 31006).
