It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Schenita Williams Martin (Americus, Georgia), who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lee Williams and Ethel Lee Williams; her grandson Fabian R. Drew; her siblings, Durrie Lee Williams, M. C. Savage (June), Eddie Jean Williams, Lee Edward "Pete" Savage, Sr. and Jesse D. Williams; and her friend Schenita Williams Martin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Whitehead and Anisha Walton; her grandchildren, Jamesia Monts (Jay) of Americus, Georgia, Charleston Drew of Americus, Georgia, Caitlin Drew of Americus, Georgia, Caleb Drew of Americus, Georgia, Cameron Walton of Americus, Georgia and Ryleigh Monts of Americus, Georgia; her brothers, John Williams (LaVerne) of DeSoto and Calvin Williams of Americus, Georgia; and her godson Gary Lee Brooks of Newnan, Georgia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
