She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Tyler and Helen Pilcher Tyler; her husband John Tatum; her brothers, Reuben Tyler and Waymon Tyler; and her siblings-in-law, Ernest Fultz and Jeannie Tyler.
She is survived by: her daughter Marsha McCrary (Chuck) of Americus; her grandson Justin McCrary (Holly) of Tifton, GA; her great grandchildren, Cora Beth McCrary and Tatum McCrary; her siblings, Ronny Tyler (Patsy) of Buena Vista, GA, Ricky Tyler of Buena Vista, GA, Arlene Fultz of Dublin, GA and Gayle Helms (Tommy) of Waxaw, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Tyler of Tazewell and Mariane Tyler of Buena Vista. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Church (1256 US-280, Americus, GA 31709).
