She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Cook Fyfe (Stan Fyfe) of Flowery Branch, GA and Chris Cook (Kimberly Payne Cook) of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Kimberly Smallwood Gregory (Jonathan Gregory), Lee Fyfe, Michael Fyfe (Chloee Jankiewicz Fyfe), Rachel Cook Guynes (Tyler Guynes), Sarah Anne Cook and Abigail Cook; and her great grandchildren, Leah, Nathan Gregory, Wesley McDowell and William Guynes.
