He was predeceased by: his parents, Celestine Yearby and Charlie Snead. He is survived by: his wife Alice M. Walton Yearby of Americus, Georgia; his children, Nile E. Yearby, Jr. of Americus, Georgia, LaTauria Jackson of Washington, DC and JaQuise J. Yearby of Americus, Georgia; his grandchildren, Elijah and Shykayla Jackson of Washington, DC; his sister Stacy D. Yearby of Perry, Georgia; and his uncles, Tom Yearby, Jr. of Americus and Robert Sneed (Francis).
