She is survived by: her children, Robert Lewis Jones "Bobby" (Ellen) of Foley, Brenda Jones Cromer of Cordele and Vickie Covington (Jim) of Americus, GA; her grandchildren, Chuck Payne of Leslie and Laura Taunton (Wesley) of Cordele, GA; her great grandchildren, Layne Taunton (Melina) of Fort Springs, Landon Taunton, Samantha Taunton of Cordele, GA and William Wall of Vienna, GA.; and her siblings, Roy Robbins of Perry, GA, Jackie Peaster of Andersonville, GA and Leila Ruth Cannington of Clayton, AL..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Aldridge Funeral Services (612 Reese Park, Americus, GA 31709). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Plains Baptist Church (301 N Bond St, Plains, GA 31780-5581). A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Oak Grove Cemetery (309 Rees St, Americus, GA 31709).
Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to Plains Baptist Church.
