He was predeceased by: his wife Marcia Carol Sutton; his parents, Gaston Sutton and Dot Sutton; his brother Frank Sutton; his nephews, Chris Stinson and Ray Sutton; and his great grandchild Adelaide Sutton.
He is survived by: his son Shane Sutton (Paige) of Madison; his grandchildren, Tera Zielinski (Tyler), Cody Bivins (Hannah), Courtney McCarty (John), Cailee Davis, Katelyn Sutton (Dylon), Desiree Edwards, Austin Sutton, Jacob Sutton (Olivia) and Ayden Sutton; his great grandchildren, Ella, Taybor, Grayson, Johnathon Jr., Jacob, Baylor and Aubrey; and his sisters, Cathy Flournoy (Danny) of Hamilton and Judy Stinson (Butch) of Fuquay-Varina. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Aldridge Funeral Services (612 Reese Park, Americus, GA 31709). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital and Perfect Care.
