She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dixon and Mary Lou; her husband George Ray Baldwin; her sister Beth; and her brother-in-law David Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Baldwin (Kim) of Leslie and Jennifer Baldwin Wall (Chris) of Americus; her grandsons, George Alan Wall, James Baldwin Wall and Asa Ray Baldwin; her sister Sheila Grubbs (Jimmy) of Memphis, TN; her sister-in-law Norma Baldwin of Americus; and also, Rosemary Sims, Reatha Willis, Rosalynn Adams, Elaine Jones and Carol Hartage. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
