She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Carlton Wiggins and Fannie Hand Wiggins. She is survived by: her sister Norinne Peek of Plains; her nephews, Edward Stanley Lowell, Jr. (Cindy) of Columbus, GA, David Carlton Lowell (Dea) of Americus and Stephen Phillip Lowell (Rose); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelly Robinson (Quint), Ted Lowell (Leslie), Christopher Lowell, Justin Lowell (Carly), Casey Lowell, Cassie Lowell, Kendall Poteat Savannah Lowell (Zack), Stephen Lowell II, Cory Lowell (Ashley), Courtney Lowell and Kyle Howell; and also, Jolie Robinson, Trip Robinson, Hatcher Poteat, Madden Poteat, Mckinlee Lowell, Everly Lowell, Bailey Lowell, Addison Howell and Grayson Poteat.
The family has requested memorial contributions be made to Plains Methodist Church (The Fannie Wiggins Memorial Scholarship Fund).
