She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cromer and Camilla Cromer; her husband Fred Lee Vanzant; and her daughter Sara Nell Vanzant. She is survived by: her son Larry Lee Vanzant (Jenny) of Ellaville; her grandchildren, Jeremy Vanzant (Angie), Trevor Vanzant (Brittney), Noah Vanzant (Megan) and Brooklyn Vanzant; and her great grandchildren, Bently Vanzant, Averie Vanzant, Palmer Vanzant, Dakota Knight, Britton Cox and Braley Cox.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Aldridge Funeral Services (612 Reese Park, Americus, GA 31709). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (309 Rees St, Americus, GA 31709-3754).
