She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Carithers and Fanny Partain Carithers; and her sister Lanie Clements. She is survived by: her husband Billy Blalock of Americus; her children, Cheryl Card (Chris) of Cordele and Kevin Blalock (Cimmaron); her grandchildren, Kyle Card (Amanda), Kristen Smith (Kenny) and Brett Card (Kaitlin); and her great grandchildren, Shyanne Card, Karter Jane Smith, Emma Jane Card and Krew Smith.
