She was predeceased by: her father Corey Lee Lucas; and her sons, John Lucas and Robert Lucas. She is survived by: her daughters, Sara L. Harvey of Atlanta and Stephanie Harvey (Tellis Burts) of Americus, Georgia; and her daughter-in-law Mary Lucas. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
