He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Addison and Grace Perry (Franklin); and his brother-in-law Blaine Fielder. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Perry (Susan Potts) of Bonaire, GA, Donna Fielder of Warner Robins, GA and Bettye Dearman (O. D.) of Eatonton, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Fielder (Alisha), Kevin Fielder (Abbey), Allison Pyrtle (Johnny) and Darrell Dearman (Roxann).
