He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Mae Patterson and Frank Patterson, Sr.; his daughter Tiffany Renee'Patterson; his siblings, Lewis Hawkins (Annie Ruth), Frank Patterson Jr., Stanley Wilson, Horrace Burkes, Nettie Pearl Sallett (Roy), Odessa Foster, Ella Mae Gant, Versola Valentine, Minnie Lee Patterson and Rosa Mae Fuller; and his sister-in-law Rosalyn Alexander.
He is survived by: his wife Gracie Whitehead; his daughters, Janetta Reddick (Willie) of Leesburg and Brianna Elyse Patterson of Stockbridge, Georgia; his grandchildren, Alanna, Ayvah and Alaiyah; his siblings, Gregory Patterson (Aretha), Reginald Patterson (Lasandra) of Americus, Georgia, Viola Stallings of Wilson, Barbara Terry of Atlanta, Debra Hall (John) of Enterprise and Patricia Jackson of Americus, Georgia; and his cousin Steve Calloway of Dublin, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
