It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edgar Looney (Americus, Georgia), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on August 26, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Terry Looney of Americus; his children, Brooklyn Looney of Atlanta and Brandon Looney of Kennesaw; and his siblings, Sheila Wren of Mt and Ron Looney of Chickamauga.
