He is survived by: his wife Robin Baird Lowrey; his children, Frank Mitchell Lowrey IV (Laura) and Amy Lowrey Maves (Sam); his grandchildren, Cameron Maves Lowery (Nolan), Mallory Maves Green (Griffin) and Kae Lowrey; his great grandchild Cooper David Lowery; his friend Ken Huddleston; and his close friend Carl Tott.
