She was predeceased by: her mother Ina Key Adams; her husband Lynn Perry; her father Albert Roscoe Adams; and her siblings, Charles Adams, Albert Adams, Elton Adams and Ruth Adams Kirk.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Singleton (Stan) of Americus; her granddaughters, Stephanie Bennett (Blake) of Lake Blackshear and Robin Hardin (Brad Fender) of Americus; her great grandchildren, Carson Clements, Perry Bennett and Bo Hardin; and her caregivers, Beverly McCrary, Betty Newsome, Tosha Newsome, Yolanda Carter, Christy Robinson, Stacy Scott, Ida Lampkins, Kelita Davis, Melinda Moore, Ny Ny White and Rhonda Lundy.
