It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Wayne Adams of Americus, Georgia, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lee Adams and Betty Ruth O'Kelly Adams; and his grandson Johnathan Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Lori Adams; his children, Daniel Adams (Nicole), Luke Adams, Ami Stephens (Jeremy) and Angela Adams; his grandchildren, Codi Dozier (Colton), Lindsey Dozier (Johnathan), Jessica Ritz (Lonnie), Timothy Strickland, Isaac Adams, Josiah Adams, Huxley Adams, Zachariah Adams and Grace Adams; his great grandchildren, Autumn Patton, Harrison Patton and Korbyn Ritz; his sister Ruthie Adams; his stepsiblings, Ellen Summers, Julie Kicklighter and Ted Kicklighter; and his pet Blue Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
