She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Craig Thompson and Blanche Rose Thompson; and her brother John Craig Thompson. She is survived by: her niece Amy Thompson Peterzell (Scott Peterzell) of Atlanta; her nephew Alex Thompson (Leah Thompson) of Charleston; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoe Peterzell, Griffin Peterzell, Leighton Thompson and Landry Thompson.
