She is survived by: her sister-in-law Dee Howell Worthy; her nephews, John Worthy (Angie) and Brad Worthy (Nancy); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelin Marie Worthy, Michael Ryan Worthy, Cody Austin Worthy and Haley Jean Worthy.
