He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Leon Jernigan and Ivylyn Moorman Jernigan; his brother Charles; and his niece Melissa Garay. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Harper; his sons, Allen Mack Jr. (Tara) and Michael Ira (Denise); his grandchildren, Elisabeth Stadele (Kyle), Emily Schuebert (Greyson), Elijah Jernigan and Mckenzie Jernigan; his great grandchild Emerson Schuebert; his sister Susan Griffin; and his sisters-in-law, Kathryn Griffin and Judy Kight.
