He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Battle Jr. and Geneva Ellamease Polite Battle. He is survived by: his sisters, Ellamease O. Jones (Solomon) and Theresa L. Harris (ST); his nieces and nephews, Krendalynn S. Jones, Elise L. Jones, Solomon A. Jones II and Estee C. Harris Jr. (Lauren); his great-niece Ava L. Harris; and his great-nephew Ethan A. Harris. He is also survived by cousins, extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Allen Chapel AME Church (132 Bumphead Rd, Americus, GA 31719).
