He is survived by: his mother Ludell Luke Harper; his children, Ottis Dewayne Harper of Ambrose, GA, Vernon Dewight Harper of Ambrose, GA, Jeremy "Bo" Harper of Ambrose, GA and Misty Ladell Harper of Ocilla, GA; and his siblings, Sandra Taylor (Denny), Marie Mckinnon, Patsy Lott (Glenn), Elecia Harper (D. W.), Cindy Burt (Steven), Robbie Merritt (Lamar) and Lamar Harper (Brenda). He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, Five Great Grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
