She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Lord and Mary Purvis Lord. She is survived by: her children, Otis Murrell Dukes, Jr. of Ambrose, Georgia and Jill O'Steen (Ted) of Ambrose; her granddaughter Caitlin O'Steen of Ambrose; and her significant other Otis Murrell Dukes, Sr..
