It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Lloyd Cathey (Alto, Georgia), born in Habersham, Georgia, who passed away on April 1, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Cathey; and his grandparents, Robert H., Leatha Cathey, Doc and Ruby Loudermilk.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Haynes, Kevin of Alto, Mandy Leggett, Ben of Smyrna, Josh Cathey, Alison of Lula, Louis Cathey of Colorado and Loretta Cathey Thomas of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Nicole Haynes, Jordan Haynes, Zachary Leggett, Annabelle Leggett, Caylee Carlson, Joel Thunder Standingcloud, Caleb Cathey, Branson Cathey, Wyatt Cathey and Shelby Grace Cathey; and his great grandchild Koen Haynes. He is also survived by three nieces.
