She is survived by: her father Johnny Seabolt of Demorest; her stepmother Betty Seabolt of Demorest; her son Scott Lewis of Clarkesville; her daughter-in-law Amber Lewis of Clarkesville; her sibling Jimmy Seabolt of Demorest; her children, Shannon Lewis and John Lewis of Cornelia; her half-sister Kelly Seabolt; her siblings, Billy Henson and Pam Black; her nieces and nephews, Karley Black, Gentry Black, Peyton Black, Stephanie Dillard (Derek) and Jarred Seabolt; her grandchildren, Jayden Lewis, Kaylee Lewis and Tyler Coker; and also Rhoda Seabolt of Demorest.
