He is survived by: his wife Reba Wade; his children, Jody Dale (Yoli), Stephanie Tyler, Jodie Stone, Danny Day (Michelle) and Dennis Lewis (Denise); his adoptive son Jamie Malcomb; his grandchildren, Zach Shook (Kandy), Cole Thompson (Sephora), Nick Reynolds (Deanna), Chad Day, Amber Myers (Austin), Dylan Day, Harlee Day, Chase Dale, Chelsea Buffington (Hunter), Callie Dale, Riley Tyler, Ashton Tyler and Lee Tyler; and his siblings, Susie Davis and Ricky Wade (Linda). He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren and various nieces and nephews.
