He was predeceased by: his parents, Sparta Cook and Elma Lee Cook. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Martin Cook of Alto; his son David; his daughter-in-law Angela Cook of Alto; his daughter Kimberly; his son-in-law Jon Bryson of Chattanooga, TN; and his grandchildren, WIlliam of Alto, Tyler of Alto and Jessica of Alto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to the American Red Cross.
