We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2023, at the age of 75, Regina Scroggs of Alto, Georgia, born in Baldwin, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Gerrells and Mattie Lee McDuffie Gerrells; her husband James Otis Scroggs; her son Henry Lowell Scroggs; her siblings, Addelleen Shedd, T. L. Gerrells and Grady Brian Gerrells; and her brothers-in-law, Lamar Parker and Curt Chambers.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Scroggs of Alto, Young Otis Scroggs of Jennings, Florida and Nena Jarrell (Dale) of Demorest; her sisters, Dolly Parker of Baldwin and Lisa Chambers of Baldwin; and her brother-in-law Billy Shedd of Cleveland. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
