She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Wayne Ballew; her daughter Michelle Ballew; her granddaughter Mallory Ballew; and her brothers, Talmadge Moore, John Alvin Moore and Phil Moore.
She is survived by: her son Phillip Ballew of Alto; her daughter-in-law Kristy Ballew of Alto; her grandsons, Dennis Tyler Ballew, Nolan Ballew, Ian Ballew and Owen Ballew; and her sister Mollie Sue Mote of Baldwin.
