It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Elaine Loggins of Alto, Georgia, born in Habersham, Georgia, who passed away on July 26, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Cecil Earl Fair; her son Phillip Ledford; her siblings, Dennis Fair, Randy Fair and Linda Rider; and her nieces, Buffie Phagan and Autumn Rider.
She is survived by: her mother Etta Lee Dyer Fair of Gainesville; her husband Chester Loggins of Alto; her son Larry Loggins of Alto; and her sister Janice Campbell (David) of Hall County. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
