He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ron and Linda Carroll. He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Carroll Lewallen and Danny of Alto; his former wife April Dale of Alabama; his children, Mason Carroll of Toccoa and Ansley Carroll of Alabama; his siblings, Shelton Lewallen of Toccoa and Tara Lewallen of Clarkesville; and his grandmother Betty Payne of Toccoa.
