It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John D. Hulsey (Alto, Georgia), born in Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on March 1, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Ernest and Nellie Mae Masters. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Taylor Hulsey of Alto; his stepchildren, Rhonda Pardue of Commerce and Randy Galloway of Cleveland; and his brothers, Phillip Carter of Cleveland, Gary Carter of Cumming and Richard Carter of Atlanta. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.
