He is survived by: his wife Tracy Lynne (Cowan); his daughters, Emily Jeanne and Lillabeth Laura; his sister Cindy (McGee); his brother-in-law Rick Polston; his nephews, Matthew of Batesville, AR., Joshua Carpenter of Batesville, AR. and Kyle Polston of Batesville, AR.; and his parents-in-law, David, Jeanne Cowan of Goodyear, AZ, Rebecca Cowan, Bruce Kazmierczak of Cornelia, GA, Kelly Cowan and Marc Berman of Atlanta, GA..
