He is survived by: his wife Paralee Wade Goodson of Alto, Georgia; his daughters, Claydean Coker of Alto and Linda Hix of Alto; his daughter-in-law Peggy Bennett of Homer; his grandchildren, Donna Hix Scott of Alto, Patsy Coker Waldron of Maysville, Reggie Hix of Alto, Todd Coker of Alto, Mitchell Bennett of White County, Jeremy Coker of Alto, Eric Bennett of Homer and Joey Bennett of Homer; his siblings, Howard Goodson of Alto, Maybell Goodson White of Alto and Lavonne Goodson Martin of Alto; his sisters-in-law, Edith Goodson of Alto and Margaret Goodson of Alto; his significant other Janell Thompson; and also Nicole Coley. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and great-great grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family, especially all of his grandchildren.
