She is survived by: her husband William Thompson of Alto; her sons, Anthony Harkins of Clermont, Mark (Whitney Harkins) and Michael (Bridget Harkins); her sister Pat; her brother-in-law J. D. Elliot of Gainesville; her brothers, Ralph Gibson Jr. and Clarence (Wanda Gibson); her grandchildren, Josh Harkins, Jessica Ford, Amy McCollum, Adrian Fortenberry, Allyssa Harkins and Lilly Harkins; and her great grandchildren, Althea Harkins, Makayla Harkins, Josiah Harkins, Jacob Ford and Xade Ford.
