He is survived by: his wife Grace Chitwood Chastain of Alto; his children, Tony Chastain of Lula, Rodney Chastain of Sevierville, TN and Lynn Chastain; his sister Shirley Goetchius of Clarkesville; and his grandchildren, Brianna Chastain, Zachary Chastain, Cheyenne Chastain, Adrian Chastain, Ashley Chastain and Dalton Chastain.
