He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Walter Hoose and Elma Laymon Hoose; his wife Celeste Chesebro Hoose; and his children, Wayde Patrick Hoose and Gina Lee Hoose.
He is survived by: his stepmother Katie Laymon Hoose; his sons, Chad (Cynthia Hoose) and Patrick Scott Hoose; his grandchildren, Brandon Lee Gase, Katlyn Rose Gase, Zachary Sutton and Savannah Sutton; and his nieces, Hailey "Halo" Wall and Paula Bennett. He is also survived by 5 brothers and sisters; several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
