He was predeceased by: his parents, Albern Wiley and Maebell Woodall Wiley; and his siblings, George Robert Wiley, Marion Edwin "Sharper" Wiley, Alburn Dayton Wiley, Lewis Eugene Wiley, Mary Eunalou Wade and Henrietta King.
He is survived by: his siblings, Royce Wiley of Alto and Kathleen Wiley Sexton (Maebell Wiley Lovell) of Flowery Branch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, P.O. Box 1113, Cornelia, Georgia 30531 to assist the family with final expenses.
