He was predeceased by: his parents, Gomer C. Osteen and Minnie Merle Josey Osteen. He is survived by: his wife Olga Wright Osteen of Alto, GA; his daughters, Judy (David Levins), Vickie (Joe Galloway) and Sherri Dykstra of Plant City, FL; his sister Linda; and his brother-in-law Donald Lantz of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, & friends.

Flowers are accepted or the family requests that memorial donations may be made to B.C. Grant Baptist Church, 1405 B.C. Grant Road, Alto, GA. 30510.
