It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Turner of Alto, Georgia, who passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Dodd and Lonnie Standridge Dodd; her husband L. C. Turner; her granddaughter Heather Lynn Turner; her great grandchildren, Hendrix Lee Benfield and Allyson Ferguson; her son-in-law Helmut Feller; and her siblings, Lonzo Dodd, Vasco Dodd, Leler Bell Armour, Mamie Lewallen, Leroy Dodd, Thelma Wiley, Ruby Mae Smallwood, Edith Crocker, John B. Dodd, Paul Dodd and Elma Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda (Steve Finley), Arlene (Michel Clouatre), Doris Feller of Alto, Stevie (Lisa Turner), Teresa (Tab Dean), Jeannie (Mike Pulliam) and Stanley Turner of Alto; and her sister-in-law Lillian Dodd of Alto. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
