She is survived by: her parents, Kevin Lee and Amanda Ledford Wade of Alto; her sons, Brantley Levi Wade of Alto and Easton Thacker of Clarkesville; her sister Jessica; her brother-in-law Jeffery Burgess of Alto; her brother Kirby; her sister-in-law Ashley Wade of Alto; her niece Destiny Wade; her nephews, Hunter Wade and Hudson Burgess; and her grandparents, Brenda Wade of Alto, Susan of Alto and Frank Jaworski of Alto.
